Cycling clothing brand for smaller size rider?

As a smaller size male rider (5ft4), I have a hard time finding a good fit of cycling clothing. I notice the big brands, such as Gore Bike Wear and Craft, offer the smallest size “Small”, but they are still slightly too big for me. I am wondering what are some good brand that sell cycling clothing in XS or smaller size.
