Hey guys, I’ve been looking at getting into road biking for years now and finally pulled the trigger on a 2010 Felt Z6 ( http://2010.feltracing.com/USA/2010-…Series/Z6.aspx ). I’ve done what little research is available, as it’s hard to find information on this bike

Okay so I’ve done a lot of mountain bike riding and have seen some of the damage it does to the chain-stay. I’ve gotten into road biking and what I’m wondering is since road biking has much less bouncing, how much of a deal is chain slap? Also, where does it occur, on the top or bottom of the chain stay?
