Start time moves up to 8 AM for the long training ride this Saturday. Meet place is once again the parking lot of the Onyx Ice Arena in Rochester, with Stony Creek and the Macomb Orchard Trail as the route. We’ll go for 45-50 with optional loops to add on or cut short.
Next weekend is the three day Sunrise Adventure tour that several of our Saturday regulars are doing up along Lake Huron. It looks like there are still opportunities to sign up.

See you Saturday at 8 am. Rode from home in Royal Oak to Yates Cider Mill and back to church – 25 miles yesterday. Dangerous riding. Thought I would save gas money by riding from home. Next time I’m going to spend the money on gas and drive to a safe place to ride.
Those of you who are going to ride this Saturday at the Onyx: a warning. My riding “outfit” arrived and I will be wearing it. You will be able to identify me. Laughing is only allowed when my back is turned.
Maury: I ride Dequindre around Yates frequently and it is dangerous. I try to be very visible and assume that drivers won’t see me. Because that area gets so much pedestrian traffic, I’m surprised the city hasn’t installed some walkways/bike paths.

Hope to be there at 8 a.m. tomorrow.

Count me in. I plan on parking at 30 ml. rd. and riding in.
Sorry all. Not going to be able to ride with you tomorrow. The big boss at work has demanded my presence. An so I obey.
