The 14th annual Tour de Palm Springs will be held Feb. 11, and about 10,000 people are expected to participate, organizers announced Monday. The event, created by local resident Tim Esser, raises money for Coachella Valley charities. It has become one of the largest bicycle ride events in the county, according to organizers.
